Today we have a Apache LICENSE file at https://github.com/hiero-ledger/.github that defines the line with the license owner like this:

Copyright [yyyy] [name of copyright owner]`

I just checked Besu and Fabric and both have a similar text.

When transferring projects from Hedera to Hiero, we want to change the given LICENSE file and remove Hedera as the copyright owner. Changing it to the text that contains placeholders feels wrong.

What is the correct / best way for a license file under LF / LFDT?
