Garbled results from an Inkscape SVG file #9

So I've tried your converter tool and it generates a hopelessly garbled results. I first tried a full US map. Then I simplified it to just a map of Alaska. No difference, both are garbled. Yes, I did run the simplify process in Inkscape first. Attached is the Alaska map SVG.
