Move clinerules README to AGENTS.md #21
Description
It seems like AGENTS.md is becoming the de facto reference location for LLM agents (including Copilot, Gemini and Roo Code, a fork of Cline). It looks like this is about to be merged into CLine too: cline/cline#5405
Perhaps it would be useful to move the existing README to this new location, which will allow other LLM-based agents off-the-shelf to better interact with hinter-core.
