Add more stats/info on miners #1915

Dev in the Discord suggested we add more stats/info on miners to help give more guidance to new or potentially new miners/users.

Stats such as:

Blocks/tenures that miners have won
Amount in STX awarded to miners
Miner IDs and their historical mining record
Explanation of how mining/tenure work
