rsync not starting, printing only help option

Hello,
I have been trying to run parsyncfp2. But it doesn't start the rsync.
After the fpart is done, the rsync should start. but it showing me the help options.

Command We used:

parsyncfp2 --verbose 3 --reusechunks --NP 4 -cs 1G -i enp4s0 -cp 10 /home/$USER/minio-test-data/file-minio /home/$USER/minio-tmp/ 

But when we use parsyncfp it works great. Still we need the --reusechunks option which is a handy one.

what version of parsyncfp2 and fpart are you using? The recent versions of fpart start numbering at 1 instead of 0. harry

Confirming that I'm also hitting the same rsync error output on Ubuntu 22.04.2.
