perl-Statistics-Descriptive seems abandoned

You should consider either including this package and maintaining it, or replace it's functionality. It looks like this package is abandoned as it hasn't been updated in almost a year and hasn't been added to RHEL 9 ecosystem which is over 2 years old now.

Thanks for that - the bit that uses perl-Statistics-Descriptive is an edge-case option on 'scut' (included as a useful tool with pfp2).
I'll rewrite 'scut' it to eliminate that option and suggest a better approach -> 'stats', which provides more descriptive stats and seems to be more flexible as well.
