Where should `rules_zngur` live?

If we had a Bazel rule for using Zngur, where would it best be hosted? As a sibling repo to zngur, in the zngur repo itself, or elsewhere?

Hi! Sorry for the delay, I was (and still am) in an internet blackout.

I personally don't know much about Bazel, but I'm willing to merge it in the main repo for better visibility. It's also fine if you want to have it in another repo for having more control over it,

@nickpdemarco, I'm also experimenting with some sort of rules definition for zngur. Would you be interested in collaborating to bring those up?
