If a template does not include a submit button, we insert it at the bottom wrapped in a paragraph tag. If the template does not include any CSS, the default is to have margin above and below the paragraph. Many templates use bootstrap (in fact our injected submit button uses bootstrap style class) and its reset removes margin on the top for paragraphs. This can cause buttons to appear directly below content of the template instead of having more natural spacing. I'm suggesting we add a bootstrap spacing class to the inserted paragraph tag to fix this.
