Add a pie chart to the charts page.

Right now the charts page only shows a Bar chart, We would like a Pie Chart as well to be shown to have more options for visualization of data.

• The chart needs to auto-update periodically just like the bar chart currently on the app.
• The Chart needs to be added using Chart JS. You can have a look at the docs.
