TOC is not shown

I have installed epuRate as per your recommendation and knitted unchanged template including

output:
epuRate::epurate:
toc: TRUE

The html output does not show TOC - see screenshot attached.
Similar behaviour observed on my other computer (Mac)
However, occasionally, TOC was shown on MAC.

Hi Alexey,
I think the TOC appers only if the screen is large enough.
Can you try to make it as wide as possible, and also unzoom a bit to see if it changes anything?

Hi Holtz Yan, The TOC does not appear in full-screen mode on a standard 15’’ laptop. If this is intentional, then its contra-intuitive for me. Hi Yan,
I have the exact same issue when I try to display the .html output file on my mac (both with Chrome and Safari). But it works fine when I open the file on my windows 10 PC (with Chrome).

Also I noticed that on my mac, your 'pimp my Rmd' TOC is displayed when I open the page.

The epuRate template is awesome, thank you for this work !!
