Sensor setting toggles are laggy (when using filtered sensor list)

Description of problem, include YAML if issue is related to notifications:

If I enable or disable a toggle in sensor settings (e.g. Single Precise Location => Include in sensor update) it is (briefly) stuck in the center position instead of going from off => on / on => off smoothly (e.g. what happens if you toggle something in the main app settings)
This particular case seems to be mostly problematic if you filter the sensor lists to enabled sensors.
