The problem

I’m having trouble adding 2 Leviton switches via Matter. I have a total of 9 dimmers, 6 switches, and 6 smart plugs all Gen 2 Leviton with up to date firmware. I successfully added all of them to Homekit before I started using HA. All are very stable in Homekit. I have been able to successfully turn on pairing and add all but 2 switches to HA.

The AppleTV that manages Homekit and the computer that runs HAOS are in the same room and are about 40ft-50ft from the problematic switches. All but these two, I was able to do from the web browser sitting at home VPNd in to the site. I tried going onsite last night and joining them from the HA app on an iPad. No luck.

I enabled Debug logging, but the debug logs are not capturing anything relating to this issue.

Diagnostics information

I've posted this on Facebook, Discord, Community, and Reddit and have had zero responses in the last 4 days. I'm hoping someone can help out. I know Debug logs would help, but the debug logs are not capturing the Matter integration. I might even be able to figure it out myself if the debug logs were working.

Anything in the logs that might be useful for us?

Diagnostic logs are not capturing the Matter integration when I attempt to make the pairing.
