Amcrest Picture-Elements example needs to be updated with Action changes

The Picture-Elements example for ptz and preset control in the Amcrest integration shows information inconsistent with the changes from Services to Actions. It's not clear what is needed (Action or Service syntax), neither of which appears to be working with the existing Amcrest integration in Home Assistant .
