Light Dimming from Home App behaves unexpectedly

What issue do you have? Please be as thorough and explicit as possible.

When adjusting the brightness of a LED strip (Model H618C) by dragging slider up/down, slider then reverts to random position, but after 10-20 seconds goes to last set position. See logs:

83% was target. 33% was random.
