Add last updated date to all plugins

What is happening?

It appears that HB v2.0 ready plugins do not display the last-updated date.

What you expect to happen?

It would be useful for all plugins to show the last-updated date, to help a user decide which plugin to use, if multiple options are available.

Note the logic here is not that a date is shown for plugins that are not hb2 ready, a date is shown for plugins that are not already installed

That is a very good point. Now that you mention that, I also notice that installed plugins have the bridge icon and three vertical dots on the right, as opposed to the down arrow icon. However, would it not be useful to display the last updated date anyway, as a user might choose to replace (or be looking for) an installed plugin with one that might have better maintenance?
