Add SKY, USDS & sUSDS on Ethereum Mainnet, Base, & Arbitrum (MakerDAO / SKY)

USDS & sUSDS are new stablecoins issued by MakerDAO / Sky. They represent a significant amount of focus and energy from the Sky ecosystem, passing the $4B in circulating supply mark within a year of launch. We want to make sure that USDS is integrated on as many wallets as possible, and also that SKY (the modern version of MKR) is also supported.
