Fix and connect travis CI

Should work out of the box mostly.

needforspeed

  • The build right away creates a docker image, which is costly, non-cacheable and slow. We can simply do pip install and run tests against the standard Travis postgres service.
  • Connect with coveralls.io and add a badge!
