Describe the bug

A few recurring errors in Sentry.
Should be looked into.

Notes

  • Some might be fixed on dev already.
  • We should ensure there are handlers for missing ODK resources.
  • The error regarding submission photos can be ignored, as we will remove this table and code after ODK Central upgrades.
