Issues on mapper frontend map page

Describe the bug
Often when I switch to different base layers and switch geolocation. The project area as well as geolocation is removed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'mapper frontend'
2. Turn on 'geolocation'
3. Switch to different baselayers
4. See error

Expected behavior
The geolocation and AOI should be visible on mapper frontend in call cases.
Also add the button to zoom to project's AOI.

1. The zoom to project layer button layer has been added.

2. The issue Manjita is facing is browser-specific (maybe cache as it works on incognito on her device)

I cleared the cache multiple times but still having issue with project area not being visible during baselayer switching.
Can someone else may e @Sujanadh verify the behavior?

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to mapper frontend
2. toggle on geolocation
3. zoom to project AOI
4. change baselayer to esri and toggle off and on geolocation again
5. Switch baselayer to default osm again and zoom to project AOI
6. See error (the boundries aren't visible)

This doesn't happen on desktop Firefox, but I will test more on mobile 👍

Reproduced this, following the steps your describe!

On opera mobile browser (WebKit)
