Add support to define orderBy option for sort options

What is the motivation for adding/enhancing this feature?

When selecting sorting options for rule/route, we can not define the orderBy value for that option. Like when selecting inventory balance, custom sequence etc we might need to define the order(asc or desc) for option as to correctly create a routing rule

I don't see a valid use case for wanting to sort a list of facilities based on furthest first or the facility with the least inventory.
