The stated goal of the repo is to make future startups easier to test and more successful by solving problems and making the solutions open source. Maybe we should start with a list of problems and then worry about the structure. I'll be using real problems with ideas I've had in the past to kick the list off.

• I have an idea for waterstone, but I'm not sure what all I need to get started or how to make it "real"
• I want to talk to customers but I'm scared to send them messages because I don't have a team behind me to deliver on the product or know exactly what my offer is
• I have a framework to fix my offer but I don't know if the dream outcome is really my prospects problem
• I have many different ideas, how do I pick just one
• I was told to do "market research" how do I do that?
• I need to talk to customers, what does that mean and how can I do that?
• I need to set up a legal structure, what type should I set up? I've heard C-corps are what I should do if I ever want outside investment

So I'm going to try opening up a PR with what I think the next one is which is talking with customers. I won't tackle all the challenges but I'm planning on making a new top level folder until I hear otherwise.

I want to address the following points

1. When should you talk with customers when you are first starting?
2. What does talking with customers actually mean (and ideally look like)?
3. What are the key questions to ask?
4. What should you avoid?
5. Where can I find people?
6. What if no one responds?
7. What if I'm scared?
8. What if I'm not sure of my business idea?
