Deactivate / alter Preview Wizard

The final screen of the preview wizards allows students to "update" e.g. git and autocompletion with wrong versions of those tools. Disable or disencourage this

Autocomplete, Squot, and refactoring browsers are currently hidden in the preference wizard already. I think this issue can be closed?
