How to add signature help border?

How can I add border to the signature help?
I managed to setup border for completion and docs with:

            window = {
                completion = cmp.config.window.bordered({
                    border = border()
                }),
                documentation = cmp.config.window.bordered({
                    border = border()
                })
            }

But signature help doesn't have it.
Here is what I mean, completion:

Signature help:

I want signature help to have the same border as completion.
