Extensive improvements. Many new functions, bug fixes, and documentation improvements in fanc.lookup, fanc.upload, fanc.annotations, fanc.publish, and more. A few minor function name changes in fanc.lookup that break backward compatibility, hence the major version increment, but users should have no trouble changing one or two characters in their function calls to account for the changes.
