File Upload Issue: Console Error and Non-Functional Class Modifier #426

Summary

When a file is uploaded, a 404 error occurs, and the hs-file-upload-complete modifier isn't functioning.

Steps to Reproduce

Upload the file.
Check the console for error.
The progress bar fails to turn green after the upload is complete.

The progress bar should turn green.

Actual Behavior

The progress bar has a blue background, and there is an error in the console.
