Composer installing 3.0.3 for latest

When trying to install the plugin via composer with:

composer require humanmade/s3-uploads

It is downloading version 3.0.3 not 3.0.10. Setting the version number to 3.0.10 in composer.json does not fix. I've tried clearing cache and updating composer and it still installs 3.0.3.

Downloading the zip directly from the link in my composer.lock results in the 3.0.3 version as well.

It also looks like the zip linked for the manual install is 3.0.3. I just downloaded that to try and resolve my issue and it's not current.

I imagine you are getting version 3.0.10, but maybe you are looking at the WordPress plugin version in the admin / as WP reports it. When we tag new versions of s3-uploads we don't have an automation in place to update the Version field in the plugin.

So, just to clarify when you say:

Is it possible that it actually is downloading 3.0.10, but just that the admin is showing 3.0.3? I.e. what if you run composer why humanmade/s3-uploads?

I'm verifying by installing 3.0.10 manually then running my site composer.json which reverts it back down to 3.0.3 with or without a version number set. If you download the 'manual-install.zip' file from your downloads page and unzip it the s3-uploads.php file shows version 3.0.3 at the top and the file does not match the 3.0.10 code in main. I also tried on a completely different PC and when I download 'manual-install.zip' then unzip it and look it's the 3.0.3 file.

I can confirm that I'm having the same experience. Downloading the zip file from the 3.0.10 tag results in the 3.0.3, installing with Composer installs 3.0.3... BUT, downloading the zip the <> Code button DOES download 3.0.10. Worth noting, downloading/installing the zip from <> Code results in a second install folder: S3-Uploads (instead of s3-uploads)
