Publish manifest V3 version on Mozilla #26

Mozilla has announced progress on their support of manifest v3 (MV3): https://blog.mozilla.org/addons/2022/05/18/manifest-v3-in-firefox-recap-next-steps/

It is now possible to upload MV3 extensions to their marketplace. However, it only works with version 109 of Firefox, currently in beta.

I will continue to follow the releases and publish the updated version when recommended by Mozilla.
