Built-in pagination by default

We should be supporting pagination by default, and make it configurable, instead of having to program it.

I tried out a novel approach to this. Since having a bunch of pagination pages doesn't really feel like it's solving a problem unless you have several hundred or thousands pages, it's not really going to impact the page load. Each row of posts is tiny (< 2 KB).

Instead, I tried going at it from a UX perspective and tried a JavaScript version which is a drop-in for existing pages, but paginates the DOM sent from the webserver. This has three amaizng benefits:

1. Switching between pages is instant as it's just JavaScript modifying the DOM with data it already has
2. Better SEO as all pages are still on the same page for crawlers so you can build up the link (and posts will always stay on that link)
3. No need for a bunch of extra pages to compile and add complexity

And it could even be configured to just be a simple "load more" button. This is honestly what I would use for HydePHP.com and other projects. Claude Sonnet 3.7 proof of concept in this gist.
