Instance Deletion From Instance Page

The Delete button for a virtual machine (VM) is not visible in the interface. As a result, the VM cannot be removed through the UI.
Steps to Reproduce
Navigate to the VM Management page.
Select any existing virtual machine.
Look for the Delete button or delete action in the UI.
Expected Behavior
A Delete button should be clearly available, allowing the user to remove a VM.
Actual Behavior
The Delete button does not appear, preventing deletion of the VM.

There is currently a delete button available from the instance mass actions selection.

There currently is no way to delete an instance from the instance page. This is definitely something we should add!

Planned Implementation:

When hovering over the icon of the instance, the icon should become overlayed with a settings cog.

Upon clicking, a dialog should appear that allows you to perform destructive actions.

One of those available options should be the ability to delete the instance.
