UI glitches with high DPI screen on Windows 10 #1

I'm using Windows 10 with a screen resolution of 2560 x 1440 and an app scaling factor of 200%.

Unfortunately, some fields of the data import dialog are not accessible (also after resizing the window) and the row height of the table is low.

I assume that the Java app doesn't consider the Windows scaling factor.
