a hypercert owner has the right to redeem their tokens for traditional shares in a start-up
Describe the solution you'd like
a set of off-chain contract templates that enable a new on-chain rights field for "convertible to equity" (or something similar)
of course, this would only be possible for accredited investors, not normal hypercert owners
