Persona: permissionless or hybrid chain deployer
Need: add + filter by my new permissionless chain

• Merge chain filtering into one single dropdown vs origin/destination separate selectors
• Add search filtering option within the dropdown where i can search/find my own permissionless chain
• Settings menu will have both custom chain + fork url
