Mouse works but cannot find cursor in second monitor

I am trying to use dual monitor setup, and in the second monitor when I move the mouse, it suddenly disappears, although it works as it should but you just don't have an idea where exactly is your cursor. And then cursor works fine in the main monitor without any hassle.
With keyboard there is no such issue.

Also when I tried to open wdisplays last time to see if there is anything to resolve this, and while the application was open I dragged my cursor to the other monitor and it was working and visible. But again once I close the wdisplays application again it disappeared for the second monitor.
