Implement service-mode foundations for remote execution #50
Description
Problem
SpecForge is currently local-first only, with no service-mode foundations.
Why it matters
Remote/shared execution support is required for team-scale orchestration later phases.
Proposed solution
Implement initial ServiceRunner abstractions and job contracts for remote execution readiness.
Acceptance criteria
- Core service-runner interfaces exist with a minimal remote job execution prototype and state contract.
