Bug/Issue Description
dialogue message "Lapses decreased! Leech reversed" is showing incorrectly for non-leech cards

To Reproduce
During review, get a non-leech card correct. I believe it should probably just show "lapses decreased"

In my case it shows the tooltip "Leech reversed!" when I get a card right if the card has at least 1 lapse even if the conditions for leech/lapse reversal are not met (i.e the number of consecutive correct answers hasn't been achieved) or the card is not a leech, it doesn't actually do anything though (it doesn't change the number of lapses) So I believe is just a cosmetic bug. This is with anki version 24.06.3.

When the number of consecutive correct answers is hit it does work correctly and it decreases the lapse count as it should.
