Typos

Re-reading the books, I found 2 typos. I noted them (but not the volume and page) as I thought I could just grep and fix them, but it turns out I can't search the text in the PDFs and this repo doesn't contain the source to generate the PDFs.

The books reference http://www.github.com/rjl20/hpmor which now redirects to https://github.com/rrthomas/hpmor and this repo doesn't contain the typos, so I suppose they've been fixed since 2015, but the PDFs in this repo are not.

Would it be possible to regenerate the PDFs from the fixed text or is there some intensive manual work involved?
