Feature: Option to load Boxzilla earlier so that a popup can be shown directly on pageload #156

When using Boxzilla under a CTA at the top of a page with a lot of content the box won't be able to open until the whole page is loaded.

Requested is a setting to load boxzilla earlier (scripts as well as the box content)
