using IbisML and ML libraries, add some forecasting for metrics

potentially do PCA or something silly for fun

get ready for LLM stuff (i.e. summarizing GH activity, Zulip activity)

likely use these: https://github.com/Nixtla/ and particularly mlforecast for timeseries forecasting
