currently, the page is broken. this happened when updating to v0.10.2 of DuckDB (for unrelated reasons)

I suspect as some point in the last few weeks the downloads data started failing silently. we're hitting OOM. need to have better logic there (not hard), increase the size of the server (easy fix), or do something else...

I think this is done -- in the process moved from Azure to GCP for self-hosting
