Some CLI flags could work better as prompt command flags

For the time being, deciding which realtime mode and which sonification strategy is determined at startup and cannot be changed. Wouldn't it be better if the user could change this in runtime?

• For the realtime mode case, would allow for manual commands and segmented modes. although after segmented is run, VQH needs to be restarted.
• For the sonification strategy, on the other hand, maybe a fixed thing should be the _interface at CLI level, and then a correct choice of mapping number (of which a better scheme can be provided) can be done at prompt level - or even controlled live via MIDI in the future
