Description

As a Admin User, I should be able to view the data summary, data and options to approve the data that is upload to a program by data submitter.

Sign off popup

Exit Criteria

This Screen will be visible to DCC and RDPC admin Only
After data is verified on page -> User will click sign off -> sign off popup
