Feature request from @alexanderl19 discussed over call.

Expected Behavior

When this flag is enabled and a valid range of section codes is provided, should do the following:

Find all courses where at least one section is in this range.
Return a standard WebSoc response containing all of these courses and related metadata, as if they had been queried normally.
