    • On PR creation/commits pushed:
      • Deploys API to staging-(PR#).anteaterapi.com, reading from prod db and KV
      • Changes involving db schema to be tested locally
    • On PR close/merge, deletes the worker
  • Production
    • On commits pushed to main, deploys everything

Bumping the priority on this (at least for production builds) since Cloudflare's built-in CI has timed out deploying the API stack for several commits in a row.
