Hello!

This tool is really awesome! However, while getting started with the example configurations gives you a glimpse of the value that is here, it doesn't fully put it together. Right now, you can opt for

  • basic commands
  • language tool integration
  • advanced punctuation support

but you can not do 2 or more at the same time. For a user to really start using this tool in their work flows, there's a process where they need to write python code to build all the things one comes to expect in dictation software like:

  • Sentence construction (punctuation, whitespace control)
  • Editing (delete last X)
  • Grammatical evaluation and integration (language tool)
  • Basic command functionality (copy, paste, directional/text navigation)

While I understand that the goal of this project is to provide the tools to build a more fully fledged solution (that the user can customize to their heart's content), does there exist configurations that do more than the examples provided to create a better out of the box experience? If it is outside the scope of this project to provide that, are there adjoining projects that exist which build upon this technology to make it more user accessible? If not, is there interest here?

Thanks for your response!
