FIX: Relayer startup is unresponsive

Context:

I followed the official tutorial, but when I executed ignite relayer hermes start "earth" "mars", the program had no response.

I have waited for more than 30 minutes, but no any logs.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.follow the tutorial: https://docs.ignite.com/guide/ibc#remove-existing-relayer-and-ignite-cli-configurations
2.ignite relayer hermes start "earth" "mars"

Expected Behavior:

There some logs in the console.

Actual Behavior:

No logs, it is unresponsive.
