DOVI profile 5 support

After building mpv locally with the latest Vulkan SDK, I was able to successfully enable gpu-next to parse DOVI profile 5 HDR videos.

Is there any plan to support it?

Before IINA can make any plans to add support for gpu-next the mpv project must address issue mpv-player/mpv#10810 as IINA uses the render API.

To get mpv to work on your Mac using --vo=gpu-next did you have to separately install MoltenVK?

I installed the whole vulkan sdk to build mpv

I asked because I think MoltenVK is included in the mpv app.

A direct Metal implementation may be in the works.

Last I heard mpv a technical issue was blocking progress on issue mpv-player/mpv#10810.
