IITC mobile sync plugin does not sync the uniques file in Google Drive.

IITC on a computer browser, with sync and uniques plugin installed, does not show as such the latest portals that have been marked as visited/captured in the mobile IITC.

The IITC-SYNC-DATA-V2/uniques[uniques] file history shows the file was last updated in February.

Clicking on the sync link shows the plugin to be authorized:
sync authorized

The app in Google Drive settings have access to my Google Drive:
google drive settings

My IITC settings:

  • Force https = true
  • Require secure updates = true
  • Fake User Agent = true
  1. Do you have any suggestion on how I could troubleshoot this issue?
  2. Is there a way I can manually backup the uniques file until I will have this problem fixed?

You can debug mobile IITC with desktop Chrome.

  1. Enable USB debugging on your Android device. See: https://developer.android.com/studio/debug/dev-options
  2. Connect you device to your desktop with USB cable.
  3. In desktop Chrome open: chrome://inspect/#devices
  4. If all is working correctly you should see a WebView with Ingress Intel Map. Click "inspect" link near by.
  5. Once inspect is clicked you should see Console with some more messages.

You could also just try the Mobile test build of IITC:
https://iitc.me/test/

It's actually quite old now and for me it worked more stable then standard version.
