Hi, @jpsacha.

I installed the Debayer2 files for ImageJ. I ran the plugin with a 16-bit image loaded, but nothing happened. I don't see anywhere to specify what Bayer pattern to use, eg RGGB, etc. Can you give me some guidance?

When you run the DeBayer2 plugin you should see something like this:

I pull down "Plugins" from the main menu, then click on "Debayer2" under raw processing. If I try this with no images open, I get an error message about no images. If the image is open, nothing appears to happen, although ion the monitor window it says that Debayer2 is running.

I'm using 64-bit ImageJ with the Micro-Manager plug-in.

Which version of DeBayer2 are you running? On what OS?

Can you enable the "Debug Mode" (Edit > Options > Misc > Debug Mode) and tray to RunDebaye2 again. Watch the log window for any error messages. Normally the log window will show something like this:

What is your log showing?

I'm running version 1.3.2, which I downloaded from the Github repository. The computer is running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.

I don't have access to the system right now due to widespread Internet outages in my region of Canada. I'll be back in the lab in one week, and I can do the debug mode then.

Hi, Jarek. I finally got a chance to work with this again. Here is what shows up in the log window: setKeyUp: -1 actionPerformed: time=1659641892999, java.awt.event.ActionEvent[ACTION_PERFORMED,cmd=DeBayer2,when=1659641892998,modifiers=] on menuitem0 runPlugIn: ij_plugins.debayer2sx.DeBayer2Plugin runUserPlugIn: ij_plugins.debayer2sx.DeBayer2Plugin, arg= runUserPlugIn: rerunning ij_plugins.debayer2sx.DeBayer2Plugin runUserPlugIn: debayer2sx.DeBayer2Plugin, arg= setKeyUp: -1 No dialog shows up. I tried to attach an example image, but it is too large (2048 X 2048 X 16 bit TIFF = 8 MB) Best regards, Martin

I downloaded ImageJ from the https://imagej.nih.gov/ij/download.html and was able to reproduce the issue. There are no errors, so it is hard to say what is going on. Only hint is that rerunning statement in the log. I will be into this in more details
