Can you provide some insight into what the "Chip overlay color" option in IJP Color Calibrator does? I am having trouble calibrating color in my images in ImageJ/Fiji using the plugin Color<IJP Color Calibrator and wondered if that was the problem. But I couldn't find any information in the documentation or wiki explaining what that option does.

Chip overlay color and Overlay stroke width are only used for display of overlays, not in any computations.
