Question: Why were my PRs closed without merging?

Hi maintainers,

I submitted several PRs for the bounty program but they were closed without merging:

• [BOUNTY $140] Network Stack — AdGuard Home + WireGuard + Nginx Proxy Manager #45: Network Stack (Bounty $140)
• feat: implement notifications stack (ntfy + Gotify + notify.sh) - Closes #34 #48: Notifications Stack
• feat: implement media stack (Jellyfin + Sonarr + Radarr + Prowlarr + qBittorrent + Jellyseerr) - Closes #29 #49: Media Stack
• feat: implement observability stack (Prometheus + Grafana + Loki + Alertmanager + Uptime Kuma) - Closes #30 #50: Observability Stack
• feat: Add Notifications Stack (ntfy + Gotify) - 0 Bounty #52: Notifications Stack

These PRs all showed "mergeable: true" and had substantial code changes (500-2000+ lines). I would like to understand why they were closed.

Is there something I can do to get them merged? Or was there an issue with the bounty system?
